The digital transition should leave no woman behind
Digital transformation creates new opportunities, but access to them is not equal. Many women over 40 face a combination of age-related stereotypes, gender bias, rapidly changing technology and lack of confidence.
EmpowerAge was created to address these barriers and turn experience into opportunity.

16 weeks of learning, practice and growth
EmpowerAge is currently delivering a 16-week training programme for women in Greece and Italy. The programme combines digital skills, AI tools, professional development and confidence-building through practical and supportive adult learning.
